Amari’I Bell Adapting To Blackburn Rovers

Amaeri’I Bell says he is getting used to Blackburn Rovers having moved to the club earlier this month. The former Fleetwood defender could get his debut this weekend when Blackburn Rovers play Northampton.

The Northampton fixture this weekend is a crucial one to the Tony Mowbray led side as they could close the gap with Wigan to just two points. The highly rated defender would have to wait and see if he gets his shot, even if it’s a few minutes.

Paul Hecking bottom does not want to lose hope in Barnsley

Barnsley was able to snatch the 14th spot of the English League Championship which is actually fairly surprising and impressive from the team of Paul Heckingbottom but things will be much more difficult to do in the 2017-18 season.


Taking into consideration the fact that many influential figures have made their way out of Oakwell, relegation is appearing to be the destiny for Paul Heckingbottom and his squad.

Andy Yiadom, Marc Roberts, Josh Scowen and Marley Watkins all left Barnsley during the current summer transfer window. These are just a few of the more recognized and key figures of Barnsley, all in all, the total amount of players that have left the club in this summer adds up to 16.

Elliot Lee, Bradley Ash, Callum Evans, Aidy White, Saidy Janko, Joe Williams, Kayden Jackson, Ike Ugbo, Matty Templeton and Lewin Nyatanga are all of the other remaining players that also made their way out.

Hodgson Still Unsure on Rooney

Roy Hodgson claimed that he is undecided as to whether picking Wayne Rooney for the final group match against Slovakia. After a late winner against Wales in the previous game, England are now in a good position to qualify from the group and enter into the knockout stages.

Following a 1-1 draw with Russia in the opening game, there was a danger of England failing to get out of the group stages at a major tournament once again.
